This is the men’s wide fitting Hoka One One Challenger ATR 6. The Hoka Challenger ATR 6 is the latest high cushioning trail running shoe, suitable for mixed harder terrain and even mixed runs of road to trail. This is due to the higher, softer cushioning and shorter studs. The Challenger ATR 6 is a higher cushioning trail shoe than the Hoka Speedgoat 5, which remains a little more versatile on more technical terrain. Despite the high level of cushioning, the Challenger is incredibly lightweight, often surprisingly so! The meta rocker in Hoka One One trail shoes helps propel you through your gait cycle and all Hoka trail shoes have a lower drop. The Challenger ATR 6 has 5mm drop from heel to forefoot.

We have found that the Hoka Challenger is a fantastic shoe for newer runners who want to remain comfortable over hard trails and as a recovery shoe for longer, slower recovery days for experienced runners.
